Terms Of Service (TOS)
  1. You are legally responsible for the content of your site.
  2. Sites shall not contain adult, hack, warez, hate or any illegal content or links to such sites.
  3. Sites shall not provide access to or use copyrighted materials that are not property of the site owner or licensed for use.
  4. You may NOT use CGI processes that exceed reasonable usage relative to the type of account.
  5. Payments will be month to month. [We offer 6-month and 12-month pay plans.]
  6. Sites started before the 15th will be charged 40% of a month charge.
  7. Sites started on or after the 15th will be charged 20% of a month charge.

NOTE: To keep the rates low, we only accept payment by Money Order & PayPal.

Payment Example: If you wish Advanced Plan @ $9.00 per month, then you would pay $9.00 to cover the first month plus $3.60 + $5.00 setup, if the start date is before the 15th of the month = $17.60 or $9.00 + $5.00 + $1.80 = $15.80 if the start date is on or after the 15th of the month.

From then on you will pay the plan rate each month, starting the next month. Payment must be received by the 25th of the month before the month due. For your convenience, we offer 6-month and 12-month pay plans.

Should you need to stop the service, we will refund amounts prepaid beyond the month of termination of the service.
